Immunity and “Buggy” smoothie

Here it is.  The recipe for the immunity building smoothie (for more info, see the previous post)

Make it for your kids often:

1 cup Kefir (I use Coconut Kefir), 1 banana, 2 cups berries (you can use frozen) like blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries, 2 fresh clementines, 1 tablespoon Hemp Oil, 2 teaspoons probiotic powder.   Blend all in a blender. Add almond milk if needed for easier blending or a looser smoothie..  Enjoy!!!

  1. Ever since our playdate half a year ago, my kids complain about my smoothies and ask if I can “make it like Mathew’s mom”…I’m writing this down and going to the new Whole Foods to get these exact ingredients! I’m glad you posted the recipe here. :-)
